    Lady, explain to me please one thing: suppose that heart during strength training is growing in hypertrophy because of pressure loading due to pumping against ocluded vessels by muscle contractions, whereas during endurans cardio training heart is growing in elasticity because increased veins return, what is causing increase in stroke volume which is a crucial contributor to cardiac output (SV×HR). Therefore how are you going to reconcile heart hypertrophy with its elasticity, that is simply concurent to each other? I have mentioned only one central factor (one of the many involved).!

    This is so sad , I went from 240 lbs pre diabetic to 163 not pre diabetic anymore because of her program , so if anyone is watching this and saying “ hmmm I wonder how good the program is , I am willing to pay you my self because that’s how much I can Guarantee her programs will transform not just your body but your life…. She was so pivotal in my body transformation. Much love and respect to her for choosing HER. We can all learn so much from this message. ❤️

    Janja is rare in how an athlete can dominate. I am not particularly drawn to climbing but do love see her doing it. The grace and power it takes is amazing.

    Maybe this falls under the conversation or cadence sections, but the single best thing I did to get better at my jogging/running was sync my breathing with my stepping and making sure the inbreathing was an odd number so I didn't develop a cramp on my side.

    Its crazy to me the level of self control Natasha still had to have to eat the smaller portions of the ultraprocessed foods.... because I think most americans would have indulged all the way and felt the FULL effect of the garage filled food.

    I started watching you when I was around 20 & trying to learn about sustainable fitness while recovering from an eating disorder where my understanding of fitness/health was over-doing cardio while not eating nearly enough. Your content really helped me a lot back then - I learned so much! I would share your videos with my college friends who I knew were struggling with similar issues and confusion about what it meant to eat healthy or “enough” for their activity levels, the importance of weight lifting, or how body composition > weight. All very controversial (among women) at the time lol. I’m 26 now and trying to get back into fitness, so I thought I would check back on your channel - I’m so proud of you for doing what’s right for you at this time in your life! 😊 Thank you so much for everything and all of the thought + effort you put into your content over the years - I wish you the best!
